CONTRIBUTION POINTS FOR CAPPING FLAGS
There is game tech (from EOTS) that acknowledges dofus player presence next to a flag. Put that in all BGS, so that anyone defending a flag (standing in the flag zone while it is being capped), or attacking a flag (standing in flag zone while it caps) get CONTRIBUTION POINTS (every 10 seconds within a flag zone = some points).
UPSIDE: This means people will actually move from flag to flag. Fighting on road or outside flag zones means no points. Afk means no contribution points as they are nowhere near the flag.

If someone is getting HKs, this is evidence of some kind of participation. However, this is still exploitable. To reward more active play, give bonus points for kills within the enemy flag zone (attacking) and points for killing the enemy within your flag zone (defending).
UPSIDE: Makes people play close to flags or important zones, and move about fairly intelligently. Kills in those zones are worth a lot more than those out of zones. CONTRIBUTION POINTS FOR KILLING NPCS
In AV, give bonus contribution points for killing NPCs. Pretty easy. Tech is already in the game for this kind of feature. If you're doing damage, or healing the damage-doers, you get contribution 行会收货 points when the NPC is killed.
